We tested with both local and domain users. We had removed computers from the domain. We had disabled all non-essential group policies. All computers have Excel 2016 installed with latest updates Happens only on Windows 10, not Windows 7 Also happens with Sketchup Pro 2017 for one user TMP file from which we can recover the excel file. The crash corrupts the excel files but leave behind a. Excel crashes 7 out of 10 times when saving to a network share on the Synology DS1515+ NAS with latest updates. I've been battling this issue all day yesterday with our Office 365 partner, without solution. ![]()
